NNELS Upgrade

Paul loves hockey, but when a loud afternoon practice session seems to contribute to the accidental loss of Paul's father's arm, the boys' fate and relationship to the game seem to change forever. Following the boys to adulthood, the resulting story is filled with stock Irving-isms: premonitions of death; odd, treasured possessions; intense sibling bonds; missing limbs; and atheltic fervor.
